Online Chat from Arvig® is available from 8am-9pm, 7 days a week. Our Help Desk can assist you in connecting to your Arvig internet service, email issues, television questions, general technical questions and more.
Access Online Chat by going to www.arvig.net and click on Online Chat, located at the top left of the page.
In the event that the Arvig Help Desk determines the Arvig internet connection is working properly and it is a device issue and/or a wireless connection is needed, additional fees may apply.
The Internet Help Desk can assist you with your own devices like tablets, setting up email on smartphones, wireless printers, pop up blockers, simple computer networking set ups, etc.
• $15.00 for 10 minutes
• $30.00 for 20 minutes
• $40.00 for 30 minutes
Anything after the first 30 minutes is normal labor charges ($40 / half hour).
Managed Wireless Service
Share your Internet connection across all internet-enabled devices in your household. Managed Wireless gives you access to FREE technical support from Arvig on any Wi-Fi network issues.
• Basic: $4.95/month
• Premium: $9.95/month
Additional equipment may need to be installed at the customer location.
