Official Contest Rules

Entry into our contest constitutes acceptance of our official conditions of use, our privacy policy and rules. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Only one entry per person, per post, will be accepted. Contests are open to legal residents of the United States only. Entries can be made on Arvig’s Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/ArvigHQ/, by commenting on the posts relating to the Arvig 12 Days of Tech Contest. Arvig 12 Days of Tech Contest will run from October 15th through November 25, 2019. Prizes include a Game Bundle (Watch Ya Mouth, Twister, $80 Subway Gift Card), 4K Fire Stick and $100 QVC Gift Card, 4K Fire TV Cube, Stainless Steel Growlers and $80 Subway Gift Card, PS4, 4K Fire Stick and $100 QVC Gift Card, 4K Fire Stick and $100 QVC Gift Card, 4K Fire Stick and $100 QVC Gift Card, 4K Fire Stick and $100 Visa Gift Card, Fire HD 8 Tablet, FitBit Charge 3, 4K Fire Stick and $100 QVC Gift Card, and the Grand Prize of a “Choose Your Own Adventure Trip” valued at $3,750*. The total prize giveaway is approximately valued at $5,286.

Eligibility: This contest is open to adults of 18 years of age or older. Entrants under the age of 18 are not eligible. Employees of Arvig and its companies and their family members are not eligible for prizes. Arvig reserves the right to disqualify submissions at its sole discretion. Posts will be open for participation only during the week in which they are posted. Posts will close at 3PM on every Monday of the duration of the contest. Any entries submitted after will not be eligible to win.

Selection of Winners: The winner will have 30 days from being notified to accept the prize or the winner chooses to forfeit the prize. If the winner is ineligible, chooses to forfeit the prize or cannot be notified, the prize will be forfeited, in which case an alternate winner will be selected. Only one prize per person will be awarded per household, per contest after 30 days. Arvig reserves the right to use the name, photo, comment and likeness of contest winners. Winner will be chosen at random using a random generator based on comments for each post that is made pertaining to the 12 Days of Tech contest. Winners will be chosen at 3PM on every Monday of the duration of the contest.

Conditions: By entering this contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Arvig, which shall be final. Arvig and its affiliates are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or unintelligible entries; telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; any condition caused by events beyond the control of Arvig that cause the contest to be disrupted; or any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, or from participation in the contest.

Traveler names needed 4 weeks in advance of trip date. Travel package must be booked by January 15, 2020 and travel completed by March 31, 2020. Some trips have specified travel dates as noted in the trip description. Domestic trips require 30 days advance booking with traveler information due a minimum of 45 days prior to departure or 90 days from order purchase date, whichever comes first. Hawaii and International trips require 60 days advance booking with traveler information due a minimum of 75 days prior to departure or 90 days from order purchase date, whichever comes first. Traveler information submitted late and/or trips that are booked outside of this timeframe may result in additional cost at the systems or travelers expense. Traveler and guest must be at least 18 years of age or older. All packages are based on availability at time of booking. Holiday blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Travelers and guests must sign a Release and Consent form prior to booking of airline flights. Flights are based on roundtrip travel with traveler and guest traveling on the same itinerary. Deviations to the flight itinerary may incur additional cost at the systems or travelers expense. Any and all additions, changes and incidentals are at the expense of the system or traveler. In the event a traveler must cancel their trip, points may not be refunded. The prizes are not exchangeable or otherwise transferable. Federal, state or local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Winners may receive a 1099. All applicable federal, state or local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law.
