Adding Group Lists

Press 4, to enter the Mailbox Settings Menu.

Press #, until you hear the title “Group Lists.”

Press 0.

Press 2.

Enter a number for the new group list, press #. If you have entered an available number, you hear a message saying that your group list has been added.

After the tone plays, record a name for the new group.

Press #, to save the name.

Press 0, to record a new name.

Enter the number of another group list or the telephone number that you want to add to your new group list, then press #.

The spoken name of the person or group list that you have chosen plays. Press #, to add the person or group to the lists.

Press 0, to cancel adding that person or group list but continue adding people or group lists.

Press *, when you have finished adding group lists or subscribers
