Greetings Menu
The first time you enter your mailbox you are asked to record a greeting. Following is a list of greetings you can record.

Regular recorded greeting, your recorded greeting.

System standard greeting, a computerized greeting.

Extended absence greeting, to play when you are out of the office for a long period of time.

Announcement-only greeting, which means that callers will not be able to leave a message for you.

Out of hours greeting, to play during the times when you are not in the office.
Working with your greetings for all calls

Press 4, to enter the Mailbox Settings Menu.

Press #, until you hear the title “Greetings.”

Press 0.

Press 1.
