Accessing your VoiceMail
All of your messages will reside in your personal voice mailbox, which is protected by your password. You can access your mailbox with a phone call or via the web at www.arvig.com.
From Your Own Telephone:

Dial your local VoiceMail access number _ _ _ -0123
(the first three digits of your telephone number and 0123). -
Enter your password when prompted.
Note: your temporary password is six zeros, 000000.
From Another Telephone:

Dial your local VoiceMail access number _ _ _ -0123
(the first three digits of your telephone number and 0123). -
Press 3, at the Main Menu.

Enter your password.
Note: your temporary password is six zeros, 000000.
From The Internet:

Go to www.arvig.com.

Click on VoiceMail and then click on Access VoiceMail Online (bottom left hand corner).

Enter your VoiceMail phone number
(10-digit telephone number) or VoiceMail e-mail address (10-digit telephone number@vm.arvig.net)
(area code followed by your 7-digit telephone number). -
Enter your current VoiceMail password
(this is the same password that you use to access you VoiceMail from your telephone).
Note: Allow 30 minutes before you try to access your VoiceMail via the web if you changed your password on the telephone.
